How far in advance Do I need to place an order?

Please place an order at least 2 weeks ahead. We may honor next day orders depending on a case-by-case basis. Please call us, 702-476-2337.


Do you need full payment or deposit?

Yes, we will require a minimum deposit of 50% of the initial cost before we book/schedule your event. You can make it via credit card or cashiers check/company check. NO personal checks.

Final payment will have to be made on the day of the event, before any set up and service being rendered. If no payment is available on that day of the scheduled event, we reserve the right to keep all deposits made and withdraw from the event without provide any services. No refunds will be provided.


Am I able to cancel my order?

Yes, you will be allowed to cancel your order.  However, it has be done 4-days prior to the scheduled day of the event. If you notify us after the 4th day, your deposit will not be refunded to you.  If a refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days.


Am I able to pick up my order?

Yes, if you are ordering Pre-Made Cotton Candy. You are allowed to pick up your order. Please give us at least 3-5 days notice if you wish to pick up your order at our facility.

Will your company deliver?

Yes, if you are ordering Pre-Made Cotton Candy. We will deliver the Cotton Candy to you with a standard delivery fee of $25.00 within Las Vegas area.  If you wish to have a delivery to Mesquite or Laughlin, it would be $100.00.

We may offer "FREE DELIVERY" if the amount ordered is considerable. Give us a call 702-476-2337.
