How far in advance Do I need to place an order  for Shave Ice Flavors or Supplies?

Please place an order at least couple days in advance. We may honor next day orders depending on a case-by-case basis. Please call us, 702-476-2337 or TEXT 702-861-8967.


Do you need full payment or deposit to book an event?

Yes, we will require a minimum deposit of 50% of the initial cost before we book/schedule your event. You can make it via credit card or cashiers check/company check. NO personal checks.

Final payment will have to be made on the day of the event, before any set up and service being rendered. If no payment is available on that day of the scheduled event, we reserve the right to keep all deposits made and withdraw from the event without provide any services. No refunds will be provided.


Am I able to cancel my order?

Yes, you will be allowed to cancel your order.  However, it has be done 4-days prior to the scheduled day of the event. If you notify us after the 4th day, your deposit will not be refunded to you.  If a refund is approved, please allow 5-10 business days.


Am I able to pick up my order?

Yes, as long as you let us know the time and day you would like to pick it up via phone 702-476-2337 or TEXT line 702-861-8967 between the 10am to 4pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

Will your company deliver?

We currently do not do deliveries for Shave Ice syrups.
